“The Magic Scissors” Workshop with Rositsa Minoska-Devedzhieva
The Ruse Art Gallery presents “The Magic Scissors”, a creative workshop led by Rositsa Minoska-Devedzhieva – an artistic and educational format dedicated to imagination, craftsmanship, and free creative expression through cutting, collage, and image transformation.
The workshop is based on the idea of “storytelling through hands.” Using paper, shapes, fragments, and compositions, participants create their own visual narratives. The process encourages experimentation with form and meaning while developing observation skills, fine motor abilities, and creative thinking.
“The Magic Scissors” employs approaches characteristic of contemporary studio art practices – playing with images, cutting, rearranging, and creating new visual worlds from familiar elements.
The project is implemented within the framework of the Ruse Contemporary Art Festival 2026, with the support of the National Culture Fund of Bulgaria.
