For four weeks, Ruse becomes a lively stage for encounters between artists, curators, and audiences from Bulgaria and abroad. The city pulses with exhibitions, site-specific projects and public interventions, video art, and performances, as well as the educational platform “Living Ideas” – conversations with creators, lectures, performances, and workshops that provoke dialogue and open new horizons of perception.

Here, the traditional meets the experimental, the local complements the international, and different visual languages coexist in a space of exchange and inspiration. The festival showcases both established artists and new voices, creating opportunities for collaborations, discoveries, and shared experiences.
