“Art is for everyone — discover the joy of creating with your own hands!”
With this inspiring message, the Ruse Art Gallery launches the project “Creative Workshops for All”, part of the Ruse Art Fest initiative of the Municipality of Ruse, implemented under the Recovery and Resilience Plan with the support of the European Union through the NextGenerationEU instrument.
Art as a Shared Experience
The Gallery opens its doors not only to admirers of art but also to those who wish to create it themselves.
The project is designed as a sustainable educational program for children and adults — a space where everyone can discover their creative potential, engage with living art, and become part of the cultural life of Ruse.
The workshops begin on November 22, 2025, and will take place on Saturdays and Sundays, each session lasting 3 academic hours.
Pre-registration is required at: ruseartgallery39@gmail.com
Each group is limited to 10 participants.

Workshops that Inspire
Workshop for Adults “Introduction to Fine Arts – Certified Course”
Instructor: artist Georgi Georgiev
An introductory course in art history and painting that combines lectures, mentoring sessions, and hands-on practice.
Participants will explore art from within — as creators, not just observers. The course offers an innovative approach that encourages active engagement and a personal experience of the creative process.
Workshop for Children and Youth
Instructors: artists Emma Yordanova and Martin Petrov
Creative sessions in classical and contemporary art — from portrait and color to graffiti, screen printing, and monotype.
Each child will have the opportunity to experiment, learn through play, and develop imagination and self-expression.
Workshop “Textile – for All Ages”
Instructor: artist Krasimira Kirilova
Where tradition meets contemporary art.
Participants will work on a vertical loom, learn the basics of weaving, and create their own textile pieces.
The workshop offers a shared creative experience between generations — children and adults creating side by side.
Workshop in Scientific Illustration
Instructor: artist and scientific illustrator Denitsa Peneva, member of the Society of Animalists, Florists, and Scientific Illustrators – DAFNI
This workshop introduces participants to the professional world of scientific illustration — where art meets science and nature.
Through practical exercises and real projects, participants will develop skills in observation, drawing, and visualization, as well as attention to detail.
With “Creative Workshops for All”, the Ruse Art Gallery expands its mission — from being a space for exhibiting art to becoming an open educational and social platform.
