The opening of the festival unfolded as a continuous movement through the city, connecting different spaces into a shared line of experience.
It began at the Art Gallery, continued to Block 14, passed through the city square, the violinist fountain, the Eco Museum, and concluded at the Canetti House. Each location offered a distinct context and encounter with the works, while the audience moved alongside them, following the rhythm of the event.
The event brought together a large audience and nearly all participating artists, arriving not only from Bulgaria but also from Canada, Romania, and Serbia. Guests also traveled specifically for the opening from Sofia, Varna, and Pleven, further strengthening the sense of community and shared experience.
The presence, energy, and active engagement of the audience turned the opening into a strong start for the festival—a moment in which art moved beyond traditional spaces and unfolded within the city itself, together with its people.
