The preparation of the festival goes through an intensive and well-coordinated process involving multiple teams and partners. “Dinvex” is responsible for the on-site technical implementation — from equipment setup and cabling to the installation of artworks, including the use of lifting platforms for work on façades and within the urban environment.
The IT activities are supported by “Visitek” and Ruse University, who contribute to the project’s technical infrastructure and digital connectivity. At the same time, models and constructions are being prepared, materials and equipment are being gathered, promotional visuals are being created, and the festival’s communication strategy is being carried out.
Behind the entire process stands the collaborative effort of organizers, institutions, sponsors, and partners, who together transform the idea into a functioning event within the urban space.
